Free On Board (FOB) Policy

1. Introduction

This Free On Board (FOB) policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Scent Elixir Perfumery Store will handle shipping and delivery of products to customers.

2. FOB Point

The FOB point is the location at which ownership of the goods transfers from Scent Elixir Perfumery Store to the customer. The FOB point for our shipments is the Logistics Center ( Gig , Peace mass Transit , Fez Delivery ) . This will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

a. For orders with an FOB Shipping Point:

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs from the point of shipment.
• Scent Elixir Perfumery Store will not be responsible for any damages or losses that occur during transit EXCEPT it wasn’t Properly protected with the use of Bubble Wraps .

4. Insurance

Customers may opt to purchase shipping insurance for their orders. If insurance is desired, it must be requested by the customer at the time of order placement. Scent Elixir Perfumery Store will facilitate the insurance process, and the cost will be borne by the customer.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Scent Elixir Perfumery Store will make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery timeframes. However, Scent Elixir Perfumery Store is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other events beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, ensuring the availability of a responsible party to receive the shipment, and promptly reporting any damages or discrepancies upon receipt of the goods.

7. Claims

In the event of loss, damage, or discrepancy with delivered goods, customers must notify Scent Elixir Perfumery Store within 48hrs of receipt. Claims reported after this period may not be considered.

8. Amendments to Policy

Scent Elixir Perfumery Store reserves the right to amend this FOB policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the revised policy will apply to future orders.
