Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then dispatched. Please note that, on rare occasions, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes. If this happens, we will ensure clear communication.

• Within Lagos: Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
• Outside Lagos: Delivery takes 5-7 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping Days: We ship orders outside Lagos only on Tuesdays and Fridays, while deliveries within Lagos are shipped every day except Sundays

• We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from Standard shipping, Fez delivery, or any other available methods during the checkout process.

• Shipping costs are calculated based the shipping method selected, the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at the checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our swift processing times. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
