SHIPPING PROCESS
At Scent Elixir Perfumery, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- During peak periods (e.g. sales or high-volume days), processing may take slightly longer. If so, we’ll communicate clearly.
Shipping Schedule
- Within Lagos: We dispatch daily (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Outside Lagos: We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only.
Delivery time starts counting “a day” after your order is dispatched, not the day you placed it.
- Standard (Lagos): 2 working days after dispatch
- Fez (Lagos): 5 working days after dispatch
- Fex (Interstate): 7–10 working days
- GIG (Interstate): 3–7 working days
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated based the shipping method selected, the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase at the checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delays and Disruptions:
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs processing may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
