• How long will it take to get my package? Your order will be custom made and filled in a small batch. This takes a little extra time to give you the quality you deserve. Please allow an average of 1-2 business days to process and fill your order ready for shipment. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Interstate delivery are shipped only on Tuesday’s and Friday’s.

• Can I use industrial fragrance oil/Raw as perfume? No, industrial fragrance oils are meant for candles, soaps, and air fresheners, not skin. Perfume oils are specially formulated for personal wear, making them safer and longer-lasting on the skin.

• Can I use perfume oils in diffusers, candles, or soaps?Perfume oils are made for skin use, so they will not work well in diffusers, candles, or soaps since they lack the necessary additives for proper scent diffusion. Unlike industrial fragrance oils, perfume oils do not follow IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines, meaning their safety for non-skin applications isn’t regulated. For home fragrance products, it’s best to use IFRA-compliant industrial fragrance oils

• Are your oils uncut? Our Oil impressions are 100% pure oil.  No alcohol or water has been added.

• What is the difference between Deluxe, Normal & GV Perfume oils?

1️⃣ Normal Oils – These are standard perfume oils but not as refined.

2️⃣ Deluxe Oils – A step above normal oils, deluxe oils are more refined, higher in concentration. They also have better blending and a more luxurious scent profile.

3️⃣ GV Oils – These are premium, high-end fragrance oils crafted by one of the world’s leading fragrance houses, known for producing scents for luxury brands like Tom Ford, Creed, Louis Vuitton, and more. Using advanced perfumery techniques and the finest ingredients, they create authentic, sophisticated, and long-lasting scents that closely mirror designer fragrances..

• How long will my Perfume Oils scent last? That all depends on how much you are wearing, what are you doing while wearing it, your unique body type, air temperature, humidity, and the fragrance itself.  Because our oils are 100% pure oil, you can expect it to last a good while. 

• Do I need to add anything to this oil to make it safe to wear on my skin? Our Perfume oils are pure oil but are also cosmetic grade.  This means you can put them on your body but always do a patch test

• Can inspired Oil Impression change with batches? Yes, they can vary slightly with different batches. Think of our inspired oils like freshly brewed tea. Even if you use the same type of tea leaves, the flavor can slightly vary based on the water temperature, brewing time, or even the season when the tea leaves were picked. Similarly, our oils are crafted using the finest synthetic ingredients that can change slightly due to factors like the climate, harvest conditions, or even subtle differences in blending. We always strive for consistency, but these natural variations are what make our oils unique, just like a good cup of tea.

Don’t worry if you notice a slight difference in the scent of our inspired oils between batches. This is completely normal and happens because we use high-quality ingredients, rest assured, we always ensure the overall quality and essence of the scent remain true. 

• What is the difference between the filled bottles and the refillers bottles? The only difference is the style of the bottle and the MOQ (minimum order quantity).  The refillers come in plastic bottle with an MOQ of 7pcs above. Filled bottles has no MOQ and come in fancy glass bottles.

• Can I get a catalog? Due to the extensive collection, we offer there is no mail order catalog.  All products and pricing can be found on the website. Click here for our full fragrance list.

• Are there minimum order sizes? Yes, 7pcs above for refilled bottles

• Where are you located? 24 Osapaul Street Thomas estate, Ajah, Lagos.

• How is shipping calculated? Shipping is based on the size, weight, and price of the items being shipped.

• Where is my tracking number? As soon as your package has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• What is your return/exchange policy? As part of our wholesale pricing and due to the high cost of testing returns for tampering all sales are final.  We recommend ordering small sizes before placing larger orders for the fragrances you know and love.
